Green beans is an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin A, manganese, dietary fiber, folate, potassium and iron. They are also a good source of thiamin, magnesium, riboflavin, calcium, copper, phosphorus, omega-3 fatty acids, protein and niacin.
The main picture was taken with a FUJIFILM brand camera, model FinePix S5700 S700 on Saturday 28th August 2010 by the Robert & Mihaela Vicol photographers.
