This unusual fungus look like brown hairs growing on wood. – Common name(s): Chocolate tube slime; Tree hair; Pipe cleaner slime.
Unidentified Stemonitis species, but is one of this: Stemonitis splendens, Stemonitis sporangia, Stemonitis fusca or Stemonitis axifera
The main picture was taken with a Canon brand camera, model Canon EOS 500D on Sunday 17th June 2012 by the Emilian Robert Vicol photographer.
As basic settings, an exposure time of 1/60 (16.667ms ) was used with aperture f/11.0 and the ISO Speed of the camera was 320. Actual focal length of the lens was 46/1 (46mm) with EF-S18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS lens model (range).
